Designed for restaurant and food service industry professionals, this collaborative workshop teaches you how to identify and attract your most profitable guests. Working alongside your peers and marketing experts, you will analyze market demographics, dining behaviors, and consumer trends to build detailed guest personas that guide your menu, messaging, and concept alignment.
