Program Overview
The REACH Advanced Construction Academy is a 10-week, practitioner-focused program designed for construction business owners, subcontractors, and trade professionals who are beyond the startup phase and ready to scale.
This Academy serves small and emerging construction businesses that have been actively operating for at least two years and have established industry experience. Participants are seeking advanced education, practical tools, and peer learning to strengthen internal systems, improve project execution, pursue larger contracts, and grow sustainably.
The program is intentionally structured to support businesses transitioning from working in the business to working on the business. Instruction focuses on how key functions work together across estimating, bidding, project management, contracts, and leadership, using real-world construction scenarios and applied learning.
Sessions are led by experienced industry professionals and emphasize practical application, discussion, and peer engagement. Participants leave the Academy with stronger operational practices, improved decision-making confidence, and a clearer roadmap for long-term success in the construction industry.
