Description

Our mental health has been collectively impacted due to the pandemic, racial unrest, climate change, among other social and personal factors. In addition, an uptick in mental health challenges during the holiday season may lead one to feel a sense of mental and emotional overwhelm. Licensed marriage and family therapist, speaker, and consultant, Dr. Christine Coleman, PhD, LMFT will support attendees in exploring the various emotional responses they may experience during the holidays. Dr. Coleman will provide a safe processing space for attendees to reflect on what they're holding internally, and will provide practical and empowering tools such as healthy boundary setting, positive affirmations, and a self-care plan.
