Symphony Workforce | Find The Why! Orientation
This orientation is designed to give employers a clear, practical understanding of how the Symphony Workforce Find The Why platform works—and why it matters for talent attraction and hiring.
Rather than walking through every feature, the session intentionally focuses on three core elements that deliver the most immediate value to employers:
Student Resume
Employers will see how student profiles go far beyond a traditional resume. The platform captures skills, interests, career goals, and lived experiences, giving employers a fuller picture of each student and helping them identify alignment faster and more confidently.
Employer Offers
Participants will learn how employer needs—roles, projects, internships, job shadows, and experiences—are clearly defined and matched to student interests and readiness. This feature reduces guesswork and ensures students are engaging with opportunities that truly fit.
Student Communication Process
The session will highlight how Symphony Workforce streamlines communication between employers, students, and institutions. From initial outreach to follow-up and placement, the process is centralized, transparent, and efficient—saving time while improving engagement and accountability.
A combined panel of employers, college representatives, and students will bring these features to life by sharing real-world experiences and outcomes. Their perspectives will validate how the platform simplifies hiring, strengthens connections, and creates more meaningful pathways from education to employment.
By the end of the session, employers will leave with a clear understanding of how Find The Why supports smarter talent matching, reduces friction in the hiring process, and helps them connect with students who are ready to contribute and grow.
