As talent attraction continues to evolve, so should the resources available to support those leading the work.

Join fellow members of The Landing Crew for an interactive conversation focused on identifying new ways the Greater Omaha Chamber can better support regional talent recruitment efforts. This working session is designed to gather your honest feedback on what's working, what's missing, and where we have opportunities to create tools and resources that make recruiting talent to the Greater Omaha region easier and more effective.

Whether it's marketing materials, candidate resources, relocation tools, employer guides, or something we haven't thought of yet, we want to hear your ideas. Your insights will help shape future initiatives and ensure we're investing our time in solutions that provide real value to employers across the region.
