DESCRIPTION:Led by Joleen Hueftle\, this session will focus on candidates' work history and the impact that 'job hopping' has on talent acquisition and hiring teams' perceptions. Attendees will discuss what being a job hopper means\, the negative perception associated with it\, and the challenges occurring from the way we're screening candidate resumes. Joleen emphasizes that we as organizations need to lean into the current tenure trends and adapt accordingly.
