She has also held various roles in talent development at First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)\, supporting learning strategies across diverse teams. With a passion for helping organizations and people thrive\, she draws on this diversity to support high-performing\, adaptable workplaces.  Krishna holds a Master of Professional Studies with an emphasis in Human Services and Organizational Performance and is certified in Prosci Change Management\, Emergenetics\, Lead In 30\, and the Motivators Assessment. She is also a past president of the Association for Talent Development Nebraska Chapter (ATD Nebraska).  Jen Wichern BioJen Wichern is a Talent Development Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE). Energized by helping others discover and do what they love\, Jen's experience enables her to work on diverse projects including talent management\, leadership development\, change management\, coaching\, and training and development.
