In addition\, Chris has spent a large portion of her career in education\, to include serving as an adjunct professor for both undergraduate and graduate students within the disciplines of Hospitality Management (BA) and Organizational Performance (MS). Chris finds tremendous satisfaction in being an intricate part of the overall employee experience\, which goes beyond hiring top talent and ensuring employees are equipped to do the job but\, rather\, being an advocate for creating and sustaining equitable\, high-performing environments that foster engagement and satisfaction.
