Our agency was founded in 1968 as the nation’s first comprehensive provider offering community-based services to individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. As we look to the future, ENCOR is pleased to announce that we are formally changing our name to Duet; we Develop, Unite, Empower, Together as we continue to deliver superior support in Eastern Nebraska.
