Over the years, the company has grown, and on March 12, 2003, the first One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise was started. McCarthy's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was the first franchise under the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning operation. The One Hour franchise allowed us to focus on 'On Time' services.
