It’s a Coffee & Contacts & CARDIO hosted by Bloc Fitness!

Connect with members, gain visibility and forge some mutually beneficial relationships over coffee – and all before your workday officially begins. This event will include an OPTIONAL guided workout from Bloc Fitness before the networking starts.

7:00 AM - Workout Check-In
7:15 AM - Workout 
7:45 AM - Workout Ends
8:00 AM - Networking Begins
9:30 AM - Event Ends

If you do not wish to participate in the workout, we still want you to attend! Arrive at 8am or later.
