Emily Adams and Laura Brooks Dueland Bio
Dr. Laura Brooks Dueland and Dr. Emily Adams co-founded Inclusion Analytics. Both Laura and Emily earned doctorates in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her data analytics expertise makes her a natural fit for leading data visualization, back-end analytics, and operations at Inclusion Analytics.
Together, Emily and Laura have developed assessments targeting organizational policies and employee perceptions. These tools have been used by more than 100 companies across industries and sectors, from small non-profits to international technology companies.
