Join Chris Cottrrell as she uses science-backed strategies to address common barriers that prevent organizational excellence and effect recruitment black holes, top-down management, and leadership accountability. Together with Chris, attendees will examine the recruiting process, inclusive employee value proposition programming, and the value of authentic leadership.

Chris Cottrell Bio

Chris Cottrell has a diverse background within the talent attraction/people management space.  Spanning nearly 2 decades, Chris’ experience extends into both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, which has allowed her to have the unique perspective of being both a contracted, local headhunter and a global corporate recruiter.  In addition, Chris has spent a large portion of her career in education, to include serving as an adjunct professor for both undergraduate and graduate students within the disciplines of Hospitality Management (BA) and Organizational Performance (MS).  Chris finds tremendous satisfaction in being an intricate part of the overall employee experience, which goes beyond hiring top talent and ensuring employees are equipped to do the job but, rather, being an advocate for creating and sustaining equitable, high-performing environments that foster engagement and satisfaction. Her commitment lies in ensuring employees are not only equipped for success but also supported within a culture that drives organizational excellence.
