Great coaching isn't about having all the answers - it's about staying curious a little longer and resisting the urge to immediately fix. Building on skills introduced in Leadership Lab Foundations, this two-day Deep Dive deepens your capacity to lead growth-oriented conversations that are honest, respectful, and rooted in trust.

Designed for early- to mid-career professionals and new managers, this interactive workshop helps leaders shift from problem-solver to people developer. You'll sharpen your ability to ask better questions, offer meaningful feedback, and create the kind of team environment where both accountability and support can thrive.

Day 1: Discovering Your Coaching Identity

We begin with a deeper exploration of the question, "What kind of coach are you?" Through guided reflection and practice, you'll explore your natural coaching tendencies, the beliefs that shape how you help others, and the habits that may unintentionally limit growth.

You'll be introduced to a practical coaching framework inspired by The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier, centered on a set of powerful questions that help others think more clearly, take ownership, and move forward with confidence.

Day 2: Strengthening Feedback & Development Conversations

Building on the Radical Candor concepts introduced in Leadership Lab Foundations, the second day focuses on refining how you lead conversations that are both honest and relationship-centered.

Participants will grow more confident navigating candid conversations while sustaining strong working relationships. Together, we'll reflect on common leadership habits that can dilute feedback and practice approaches that foster clarity, accountability, and trust.
