Need the books? We’ll have them ready for you! This option includes both days of instruction, the 2018 IRC and 2018 IBC code books, and indexing tabs to help you locate information efficiently. Your books and tabs will be provided at the beginning of the first day of class.

This course prepares participants for the ICC Class B and Class C General Contractor Licensing Exams required by the City of Omaha. It does not provide comprehensive instruction on the International Residential Code or International Building Code and is not a substitute for formal code education.
Participation does not guarantee passage of the exam. Participants are responsible for registering for and scheduling their examination directly through the International Code Council (ICC).
The Greater Omaha Chamber reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or interferes with the learning environment or the safety of instructors and participants. Participants removed for conduct-related reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
