Anyone who has worked with Becky Phipps knows what a force she is. A master connector, a strategic thinker, and a true champion for others, she brings nearly 30 years of experience with top national and global brands — including Mastercard, Travelex, and AAA Nebraska — to her current role at the Greater Omaha Chamber. Whether she's guiding entrepreneurs, mentoring small business owners, or keynoting on The Power of Connection and Community, Becky leads with clarity, purpose, and heart.
And now, she’s taken that same energy and wisdom to the page. Her debut memoir, Reflections on Life, Love, and Lessons Learned at the Pool, is a heartfelt and powerful collection of stories shaped by her lifelong love of water. Slated for release in the fall 2025, the book is beautifully written, full of heart—honest, insightful, and inspiring. After all, she’s known for leading by example and for showing that vulnerability is strength, storytelling is power, and growth often happens where it’s least expected.
