Executive Influence & Business Partnership - Moving from HR administrator to strategic business partner requires a different skill set and mindset. We'll explore how top HR leaders earn their seat at the table, influence C-suite decisions, and demonstrate HR's impact on the bottom line. Through candid discussions, you'll learn practical strategies for positioning yourself as an indispensable business leader.

Who Should Join:
Senior-level human resources leaders responsible for shaping people strategy within their organizations — including Chief HR Officers, Chief People Officers, Chief Talent Officers, and those serving as the top HR leader regardless of title or organization size. 

Facilitator: 

Ralph Kellogg is the Executive Vice President for People and Training at Lutheran Family Services, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational strategy. He holds advanced degrees in business, negotiation, and human resources and is dual-certified as an SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Ralph is an adjunct instructor at Bellevue University and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and he mentors emerging HR professionals through the Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM). As founder of Connection Points Consulting, he provides HR consulting and team coaching, with a focus on inclusion, mental well-being, and organizational culture.

A published writer in Forbes.com, the HR Gazette, and the SHRM Blog, Ralph is also a TEDx Omaha speaker and frequent presenter at regional and national HR conferences. He serves on the boards of the Tri-Faith Initiative, The Visiting Nurses Association, the Nebraska NAMI State Board, and Threshold. Kellogg was recently recognized by The CIO World as one of the Most Inspiring LGBTQ Influences to Follow, and by Time Iconic as a Human Resources Visionary.
