We raise capital from accredited investors to acquire and improve real estate assets and provide our clients with returns not available in retail markets.  A deal is only good if it is managed well. Asset management includes consistent, thorough, and timely reporting, a close eye on property manager performance, revenue optimization, and property improvements.

We buy assets with improvement opportunities and work with trusted partners to maximize the investment. While the specific strategy varies based on market conditions and property needs, anticipated hold periods are between 3 and 10 years.

Our current portfolio includes over 4,000 units, with significant growth prospects on the horizon. Nearly 100% of our current portfolio came from happy investors and almost none from acquisitions. We believe in winning our investors every month, and the proof of our philosophy is in our success.
