VNA offers a wide range of community-based services to individuals of all ages and stages of life who lack resources across the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro area. Our Community Care services include Parenting Support, Flu and Immunization, Shelter Nursing and School Health. Our Infusion Pharmacy and Home Health Aide services help individuals stay healthy and independent at home.
